GrowGr8 HR was founded by Gregg Aprahamian, a 20+ year Human Resources leader. Gregg realized through all of his coaching, advising and HR business partnering experiences that employees, from executive level to early careers, all seek the same things: the need and desire to contribute; be recognized and appreciated; feel fairly rewarded; feel connected to the value they bring to a project, team and/or company... They want to experience and feel Gr8!
GrowGr8 Human Resources is an HR advisory and consulting practice that specializes in enabling senior and front-line management to Grow their careers by being Gr8 leaders. Additionally, GrowGr8 HR engages with Human Resources departments that are looking to develop their own HR talent into being credible and aligned HR Business Partners with their internal clients.
