GrowGr8 HR was founded by Gregg Aprahamian, a 20+ year Human Resources leader. Gregg realized through all of his coaching, advising and HR business partnering experiences that employees, from executive level to early careers, all seek the same things: the need and desire to contribute; be recognized and appreciated; feel fairly rewarded; feel connected to the value they bring to a project, team and/or company... They want to experience and feel Gr8!
GrowGr8 Human Resources is an HR advisory and consulting practice that specializes in enabling senior and front-line management to Grow their careers by being Gr8 leaders.
